About Abounding

Owner/ Operator John Soto has been a member of the Lubbock community since 2005. Born and raised in San Angelo, Tx, Soto spent his childhood studying flooring as an apprentice of his father and grandfather. Eventually, John moved to DFW to further his education and access job opportunities. Working in IT for numerous years Soto realized his passion for construction was still there.

He made his way back to West Texas where he met his wife Jana, and had two children Josie and Reese. John began building in 2009 and has since grown to be a notable builder in Lubbock. Expanding our reach, we have completed projects in many surrounding towns. In recent years we have begun employing some of Texas Techs' best & brightest. Helping​ aspiring builders, real estate agents, and business managers gain hands-on experience in their future fields.
